Begin your adventure with pickup from your hotel in Phuket and transfer to Khao Sok National Park, one of the oldest and most extensive national parks in the world. Along the way, you’ll make a stop to visit a local market and temple, immediately immersing yourself in the culture and daily life of the region. Your day continues with a canoe excursion along the Khao Sok River. While your guide takes care of paddling, you’ll be able to relax and admire the towering limestone cliffs, spotting monitor lizards, kingfishers, and monkeys moving through the vegetation. You will take a break to cool off in the cool waters of the river and enjoy a coffee served in a bamboo cup, a sustainable experience promoted by the locals. After the hike, a Thai lunch awaits you at the Rock and Treehouse Resort, surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, you will visit an elephant camp, where you can enjoy the unique experience of bathing and feeding these majestic animals. The evening will be relaxing, with dinner at the Rock and Treehouse Resort and free time to explore the surroundings, immersed in the magical atmosphere of the jungle.
After an unforgettable night in a treehouse and a rejuvenating breakfast, you’ll head to Cheow Lan Lake. Aboard a longtail boat, you will cross the lake, admiring the breathtaking landscape characterized by majestic mountains and emerald waters. Upon arrival at your floating bungalow on the lake, you’ll settle in and enjoy an authentic Thai lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll set off on a boat safari in search of the wildlife that inhabits these remote areas. With a little luck, you may spot gibbons, wild elephants, and other jungle-dwelling species. In the evening, after a day of exploring, you will have dinner at the floating bungalow, surrounded by the serenity of the lake and unspoiled nature.
The day begins with a morning boat safari, an opportunity to enjoy the peace of the lake at the crack of dawn and spot additional wildlife species. After the game drive, you’ll return to the bungalow for a nutritious breakfast. Next, you’ll venture on a jungle trek, led by an expert who will lead you along hidden trails. During the hike, you’ll explore one of the many caves in the area, such as Prakaiphet Cave, famous for its spectacular stalactite and stalagmite formations. After the trek, you will enjoy a Thai lunch at the bamboo houseboats, with the chance to swim in the crystal clear waters of the lake. In the afternoon, you will return by boat to the dam, where a transfer will take you back to your hotel.
